Our counsellors are neuro-affirming and accepting of diversity. Each of us offers a respectful space inclusive of different neurodivergent identities, cultural and religious backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations and lived experiences. We work collaboratively with each client, honouring individual strengths, differences and personal goals without judgement.

We provide a warm and accepting space while offering adaptable tools to ensure your therapy is effective and tailored to you across the York and Ripon area.

How it Works

Initial Consultation

Get in touch to arrange an introductory session with one of our counsellors. We talk through your current concerns, answer your questions, and make sure we are the right fit.

Regular Sessions

We meet weekly in our calm York rooms or securely online. Working collaboratively at your own pace, we explore what you are experiencing and focus on what genuinely helps you.

Lasting Progress

You finish therapy with deeper self-understanding, healthier coping mechanisms, and practical tools to handle life’s challenges, helping you feel more confident and back to being yourself again.
